Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
At Extraordinary Landscaper LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled on the same day or missed without notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will make every effort to correct the issue or provide a partial refund when appropriate.
